All secondary market equipment sold by Platinum Offers Limited comes with a standard six months warranty*.
Quality Assurance
All parts are of known equipment provenance and rigorously tested for reliability.
Products are screened, inspected, and repackaged in new, unbranded ESD packaging to ensure optimal condition upon delivery.
Our quality control processes maintain a return rate of less than 3%.
Testing Facilities: Our dedicated lab (specify size if applicable) tests equipment to original manufacturer (OEM) specifications in simulated live environments.
Warranty Terms & Exclusions*
Warranty Periods:
Direct Sales: Six months (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Reseller/Third-Party Sales: 90 days (or as contractually agreed).
E-Commerce Sales: 90 days (unless stated otherwise).
Coverage:
Defective units will be replaced; if unavailable, a refund will be issued for the defective part.
Does not cover:
OEM warranties (we provide our own warranty, not the manufacturer’s).
Software issues impacting functionality.
Cosmetic damage or reasonable wear and tear (for reconditioned products).
Defects caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or accidents.
Reconditioned vs. Unused Products:
Reconditioned: Must meet OEM specs at time of original manufacture; wear and tear excluded.
Unused: Extended warranties may be available upon request.
Claims Process
To request warranty service:
Notify us within 7 days of discovering a defect.
Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Return the product (if required) in its original packaging.
Approved claims will be processed within [7] business days.
Limitations
Warranty is non-transferable (applies only to the original purchaser).
No liability for incidental/consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, downtime).
